Rylie’s Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, foster-based dog rescue. Not only do we accept local owner surrenders from the Greater Philadelphia region, we have also formed partnerships with several shelters in the South and in Turks and Caicos to receive dogs from these shelters for foster care and rehabilitation, and ultimate adoption.
