Oftentimes in high-conflict court matters, hidden influences and legal gamesmanship result in troubling decisions by courts, legal professionals, or mental health professionals. WTC works to educate courts, legislators, law students and the public, in an effort to see a legal system that is frequently dysfunctional, operate equitably. Our system of justice should never be weaponized against children, the marginalized, or the falsely accused. Through our education efforts, we seek to advance practices that remove the adversarial nature of legal proceedings. By aiding those that heal families through mental health diagnosis and treatment, we seek to solve the problem of generational trauma.
