Cause Description:
Child Network houses two programs, a Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) and Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs. The CAC conducts Victim sensitive interviews for children ages 2 -18 who become involved in Sexual or Severe Physical Abuse investigations. We strive to do this in a child friendly atmosphere where both the victims and thier family find the investigation process less stressful and less tramatic, with a highly specialized trained staff. The CASA program provides coordiation of a large volunteer staff who follow cases through the family court system to assure that services are being received as offered. Child Network is as a stand-alone 501C grant/private donation driven organization. Every penny donnated is a penny used towards the effort of helping children and families in need.
