Anchor House is a Homeless Shelter for families with children & the only shelter in Jackson County. We can house four families at a time. We also have a small food pantry. Weekly classes: English (as a second language), budgeting & cooking/food safety classes provided by Purdue Extension, Education Advocate has a study session for GED preparation. We provide a safe, clean haven for your familiy, help with job placement and identify/help with family issues.
