Atlantic Rottweiler Rescue Foundation (ARRF) is based in Raleigh, NC and was created to help rescue and rehabilitate Rottweilers in need. ARRF is dedicated to saving well tempered Rottweilers from abuse, neglect and/or euthanasia. Through tiered foster care, quality veterinary care and unique training experiences, our Rescue Rotties become renewed and ready for their forever homes. In addition, we are helping to educate the public on spaying/neutering, general care and the many talents of Rotties.
