OPEN ARMS NETWORK. Our organization provides foster care and adoption for dogs that have been neglected, abandoned and abused. We find our dogs in Florida shelters where they are earmarked for euthanization primarily due to overcrowded conditions. After the dogs are rescued and find comfort with our foster families, they are vaccinated, heartworm tested, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered. Our mission is to find them loving adoptive homes once they are healthy in body and spirit.
