We are a volunteer, nonprofit animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing lost, unwanted and abandoned pets. St. Francis CARE is also home to southern Illinois’ first and only low-cost spay/neuter clinic. In order to help stem the tide of unwanted and abandoned companion animals, we provide sharply discounted spay and neuter services to low income individuals and families who cannot otherwise afford such services.
