Bastrop Animal Rescue, Inc.'s mission is to help homeless pets that are relinquished by their owners, or are abandoned at shelters, animal control centers, veterinarian offices, or other facilities. We address any issues the pet may have that caused him/her to be surrendered or abandoned. We provide public awareness of pet over population by ensuring that any pet adopted is spayed or neutered. We also provide education and training assistance to those interested in adopting, and to those after they adopt. Our focus for each pet in need is to provide a safe, healthy environment while we search for the best home available for that specific pet's needs.
