Cause Description:
EAL is experiential in nature. Participants learn about themselves by participating in activities with horses, then processing (or discussing)feelings, behaviors and patterns. Unlike other skill development programs, EAL has the added advantage of utilizing horses; dynamic and powerful living beings. EAL is NOT about riding or horsemanship. EAL is about lessons learned on the ground, using horses as a powerful teaching tool in a safe, nonthreatening environment. Engaging in individual or team-focused exercises with our horses in a fun, and exciting atmosphere will open doors to a new way of seeing yourself and others! *While the majority of our participants are youth the program is open to everyone!
