Home Free Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that helps rescue dogs/cats from kill-shelters and works to rehab and find these animals a forever home. Many of these animals come from over-populated shelters in SC and many of these dogs/cats are then transported to NJ where they will be placed with loving families. Obviously with such great effort comes great cost – the typical costs for rescuing a dog include $65 shelter pull fee, $125 transport cost, and $25 for de-worming medication. Home Free doesn't want to make adoption costs the barrier to people finding their forever furry friend. So keeping costs down is a must. HFAR strives to place the animals so they are a good fit with your family, lifestyle, living situation, and meet your aesthetic desires.
