Cause Description:
Being a chapter at the University of California, San Diego, we take part in a national movement that raises funds for more than 170 children's hospital throughout the United States. As each chapter funds their own local hospital, ours is Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego. This is the largest children's hospital in California, the only hospital in San Diego area that is exclusively dedicated to pediatric healthcare, and also the only hospital in the region that has a pediatric trauma center. Not only that, 100% of all the funds raised stays local to support the local children.
