Jefferson County Community Ministries (JCCM) provides county residents with emergency assistance; however, the current focus at JCCM is to help guide our clients to a path of self-sufficiency. We continue to expand the programs and services offered to support this transition with case management, education sessions, and one-on-one mentoring. Educational sessions at JCCM include coaching on: Budgeting, Job skills, Health and Wellness, and more.
