Flagler Cats, Inc. is a 501c3 non profit organization that is dedicated to enacting ethical, non-lethal and effective polices to reduce feral cat populations. Second Chance Cat Rescue relies solely on the financial resources through donations and fund raisers. The organization was founded by President Mari Molina in May of 2003. Second Chance Cat Rescue strongly believes in Trap-Neuter-Return and a No Kill policy. We have foster homes for our adoptable pets. All our cats stay with us until they find a loving home. A pantry is also offered to anyone who is in need of food for their cats.
