“To educate, support, serve, and advocate for families of children with cancer, survivors of childhood cancer, and the professionals who care for them.” American Childhood Cancer Org Inland Northwest (formerly Candlelighters of the Inland Northwest) is a local affiliate of the American Childhood Cancer Organization. We are a 501C3 non-profit dedicated to helping families who have heard the devastating words: “Your child has cancer.” We serve all children diagnosed with cancer in Eastern Washington and those traveling to Spokane from No. Idaho and Western Montana. Each affiliate is responsible for raising funds to support local programs/services. We are an action oriented group, setting out to offer a support system to meet some very practical needs of young cancer patients and their families. Our dedicated members consistently support & serve each other.
