The purpose of this corporation shall be to sponsor various performing groups in the pageantry arts, primarily an indoor colorguard, to promote the preservation and continuation of outstanding music, to educate the community at large about the pageantry and performing arts, to provide a creative outlet for the personal fullfillment of musicians and dancers and to operate exclusively as a charitable, educational, youth and cultural organization within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding future federal tax code.
