Established in 1940, the UCCA today unites some 20 Ukrainian organizations and over 75 branches throughout the United States. As a not-for profit, educational and charitable organization, the UCCA's main goal is to support Ukraine's democratic and economic rebirth while sustaining a vibrant community in the US. The UCCA has sought to preserve and disseminate the rich intellectual and cultural heritage of Ukrainian Americans while providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
