Founded in 1994, Dreams Are Free assists all children, but especially those with special learning needs. Our current funding drive will build and equip the Dreams Are Free Institute to be used as a school for children with special learning needs, as a teaching facility for educators and as a resource center for adults who work with children, including parents. We currently serve communities from Bradenton south to Naples, FL.
