The Friends of Mindowaskin Park is a non-profit organization, founded in the early 1990’s to revitalize and preserve the park. The mission of the Friends of Mindowaskin Park is to ensure the long-term enjoyment of the public park by Westfield residents and patrons. We work independently, but in cooperation with the Town of Westfield. We work to ensure that the historical significance of the park is maintained and protected. Through the efforts of the Friends of Mindowaskin Park, the park has been designated a Westfield Historic Site. We look forward to the Town of Westfield applying for County, State and Federal designation
